Due to hygiene and health safety reasons, all lash and beauty products are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for personal preference, incorrect purchase, or after the product has been used or opened.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we offer free replacement or full refund support. Please contact our customer service within 7 calendar days after receiving your order.
You need to provide:

  • Clear photos or short videos of the defective product and package

3. Non-Returnable Situations
